Rate Unit: Surgical Services
Nurse Manager of Unit?: Lori Osmanski
Required to float to other Units?: No
EMR System?: McKesson
Nurse to patient Ratio?: 1:1
*Overall experience: The staff and surgeons were great to work with. It was a good work environment as long as you stayed in your room and kept your head down. There was heavy favoritism shown and requests were disregarded. Not the most traveler friendly facility.

Rate Unit: ER
Nurse Manager of Unit?: Anne Stevens
Required to float to other Units?: No
EMR System?: Epic
Nurse to patient Ratio?: 4:1
*Overall experience: Good hospital. Very busy ER. Level II Trauma Center. Good staff. Unit manager is terrible. Socially awkward and poor leader, overall. The lack of management trickles down to a lack of teamwork, immaturity and nurse bullying by mostly older day shift nurses. Veterans are all on days. Baby nurses teaching baby nurses staff nights. Dangerous situation. Travelers always get the pit or psych rooms and are not given any trauma assignments. Not very traveler friendly.
